What is your return policy (Kibosh 2.0 Router & DNS)

As of 2021 this return policy supersedes all others.

Up to 90 days you can submit RMA for full purchase refund.

NOTE: If you return a damaged router the cost of that router will be deducted from the refund. We will ship you the router back if you want.

HARDWARE:

90 days no-cost router replacement if your Kibosh fails.

After 90 days and up to one year: we will replace your Kibosh at no cost + shipping.

After 1 year and on – as a Kibosh customer in good standing we will always replace your Kibosh at our cost + shipping to you (we pay return shipping).

Your replacement Kibosh Router will contain a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions (call FedEx for pickup).

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

NO REFUNDS – YOU CAN LOG IN AND CANCEL AT ANY TIME.

At any time you can cancel your subscription(s) by logging in at KiboshFilter.com > My Account > Manage Subscription.

Kibosh Router Owners, NOTE: that subscription cancellation will lock the Global Dashboard and you will not be able to make any changes until your sub has been renewed.

If you still require Kibosh to help manage your finance’s there is a 30% charge for our time and effort.
