How to troubleshoot empty logs.
If your daily activity report looks like this:
then your WAN IP is not being registered with Kibosh’s servers.
Troubleshooting:
Kibosh for Android
Reboot the device, or re-open the Kibosh DDNS app.
Kibosh Router / 360 / Pulse
Restart the device. Then log into your MyFilter Dashboard and monitor the Status – when the device shows as Online, the logs will be populated.
If after an hour or so Status does not show Online:
Connect to the Kibosh appliance at http://192.168.10.1 (default password is ‘password’). Go to Connection > Basic, and make sure the KRMU ID & Connectivity Code fields are both populated with your KRMU ID, in all caps, as labeled underneath your device:
Then Save Changes.
